一、Lieber-DeCarli ethanol liquid diet(high protein type)介紹


高蛋白型酒精液體飼料是在Lieber-DeCarli標準型(regular型)酒精液體模型飼料基礎上降低脂肪(從35%降低到12%)和提高蛋白質熱量(從18%提高到25%)形成的酒精液體模型飼料。

脂肪12%, 蛋白質25%, 碳水化合物27%, 酒精36%。

二、TP4035高蛋白質型Lieber-DeCarli ethanol liquid Diet的用途


該飼料提高蛋白質的原因是滿足對蛋白質需要量較大的情況,包括:

1. 妊娠期、哺乳期動物。

2. 除了妊娠期和哺乳期之外的情況下,用于研究高蛋白飲食情況下酒精的生理效應、毒性、解毒方法,以及用于酒精與高蛋白飲食的相互作用的研究。

3. 造模(模型復制):最常用于酒精性肝損傷、酒精性脂肪肝(ASH)和酒精性胰腺疾病的造模。

TP4035高蛋白型Lieber-DeCarli酒精液體模型飼料的用途
廣泛應用于大鼠、小鼠、地鼠等動物:

(1)妊娠期酒精的毒性,哺乳期酒精的毒性,胚胎酒精綜合征(FASD)

(2)酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)、酒精性肝纖維化、酒精性肝硬化疾病等肝臟疾病模型的復制;

(3)酒精性肝損傷模型的復制;

(4)酒精性胰腺炎模型的復制

(5)藥物、食品功能因子、保健食品對酒精性脂肪肝的對抗作用;

(6)藥物、食品功能因子、保健食品對酒精的解毒作用;

(7)酒精成癮和戒斷癥狀的機制;

(8)酒精所致生理機能的改變及其機制。

(9)酒精與毒素(環境、食物、微生物的毒素)對機體的相互作用。

三、TP4035購買和應用的注意點


如果你研究妊娠或哺乳期動物,請特別注意:

Lieber和DeCarli在研究酒精液體飼料所致脂肪肝時用這樣的高蛋白飼料與標準型飼料喂養進行了對比。在其論文中認為也可以用于妊娠期和哺乳期對酒精毒性和成癮的研究,但是,當時并未在這樣的動物中進行喂養觀察。后來,大量的研究都對此觀點提出質疑,研究表明,用于妊娠期和哺乳期是不恰當的。因此,誕生了很多用于妊娠和哺乳期動物的酒精液體模型飼料,包括:Weinberg/Keiver酒精液體飼料(飼料代碼TP4040)、Kahn酒精液體飼料(飼料代碼TP4045)、Yeh-Cerklewski酒精液體飼料(飼料代碼TP4100)、Wiener酒精液體飼料(飼料代碼TP4200)、Sahchis酒精液體飼料(飼料代碼TP4230)。
